Jamie Watkins is founder of Atlantis Property Preservation and is Company Director along with his wife, Freya. Jamie has worked in damp proofing and plastering trades for over 25 years and he decided to take the leap and set up on his own in 2009. Jamie’s mission was always to provide honest advice to all his customers and do everything in his power to give them a 5 star experience when dealing with his trusted team. Through word of mouth and recommendations the company has grown year on year and Jamie is very proud of what we have achieved so far and we are excited to see what the future brings.

Long-Term Guarantees
Where specified as applicable in our Survey Report, our work can be covered by long term guarantees and in the event of a change of ownership of the property, the guarantees are transferable. Our guarantees give you peace of mind and represent a reliable assurance for you when choosing a Property Preservation Specialist to protect your home.

Insurance Backed Guarantees
GPI – Guarantee Protection Insurance. The GPT (Guarantee Protection Trust) is a completely independent company, formed by the BWPDA members to provide insured guarantees to protect property owners. Atlantis can supply insurance backed guarantees for the following:
Timber treatments – 10 year guarantee
Damp proof coursing – 10 year guarantee
Cavity Wall Tie Replacement – 10 year guarantee
What if something goes wrong?
If you find our remedial treatments haven’t worked for whatever reason and they are under guarantee simply contact us to discuss the issue. We usually send out a guarantee claim form and to be able to make a Guarantee Claim you must have the original report and associated paperwork.
We our proud of our many five star reviews and believe that our high level of customer satisfaction is a fantastic endorsement. In the unlikely event of the continuation or revival of attack by wood boring beetles or wood rotting fungi in an area of any timber or masonry treated by Atlantis for the control of such attack or the reappearance of rising damp in an area of wall treated for the control of rising damp, we will carry out free of charge the re-treatment of the previously treated area or areas where the continuation revival or reappearance occurs.
If you feel you’ve cause for complaint, contact us immediately and if our treatment is guaranteed, we’ll put it right – simple as that.
